Walibi Holland gets an RMC

Walibi Holland announced today that its Robin Hood wooden coaster will be open in 2018 but may close early to begin its steel track makeover.  Rocky Mountain construction will convert the coaster.  This will be the second RMC coaster in Europe and the first to use Iron Horse track.

We look forward to hearing more from the park in the future.

Cedar Point announces Steel Vengeance

Rocky Mountain Construction will transform the former Mean Streak into its tallest, longest, wildest project to date.  Steel Vengeance will feature a 200 foot drop and four inversions.  It claims to be the world’s first hyper-hybrid coaster.

 

Sea World Orlando announces Infinity Falls

Sea World Orlando has announced a new Intamin White Water Rapids ride for 2018.  This ride will have a unique vertical lift as well as a 40 foot drop.  The ride will feature 14 rafts holding 8 riders each.
