We start in the parking lot where the toll booths are gone. We'll have some closer up photos of this construction later on.
Cedar Point once again hosted its annual offseason behind the scenes tour. All proceeds from the event went to A Kid Again. A total of $60,000 was donated.
During the event, we were able to check out lots of the different constuction projects happening at the park. The number of different projects may be the most ever!

First, time to register.
The format for the event is the same as last year. Free roam with designated tour spots. We love this format. Going at our own pace, we can wander around a bit and choose where we want to go.
Lets not forget, this event is a fundraiser for A Kid Again. $60,000 was raised for the organization. Cedar Point staff volunteered their time for the event and all food and gifts were donated.
The first thing we notice is the Carousel in undergoing a larger refurbishment this year. A new pipe organ will be installed.
To the left is the new French Quarter Confections.
It's a fairly large building. Seems to have an indoor serving area.
Right in front of the carousel will be a large CP 150 sign that people will be able to take photos in front of.
