Hello from Holiday World, where we are here to check out the brand new Good Gravy family roller coaster!
We were invited by Holiday World to check out their brand new for 2024 attraction: Good Gravy!. This attraction is a custom layout Vekoma Junior Boomerang roller coaster. It is the first of its type in North America. This family coaster is the centerpiece of the brand new Stuffing Springs section of the park.
What sets this attraction apart is how committed it it to one of the most preposterous themes we have ever seen. Starting with the premise that the ride vehicles are gravy boats, the queue has been setup as if you are visiting your grandparents. Outside alongside the ride's layout, 3dxScenic has done a great job bringing to life larger than life Thanksgiving inspired sculptures including a giant whisk, rolling pin, kitchen timer, milk bottle, stuffing box and a larger than life cranberry sauce can that you get to ride through. Needless to say, easter eggs galore.
This is an attraction for the whole family. Follow along as we take you around this brand new attraction.

It was raining in the morning, so opening remarks were moved inside.
Park President Matt Eckert provided some context for the ride as well as thanked all the contractors and vendors that worked together to create this new attraction.
And with that we were off to check out Good Gravy! and the new Stuffing Springs area for ourselves.
For those familiar with Holiday World, this attraction repurposes the plot of land previously used for Pilgrim's Plunge / Giraffica.
The water troughs and pool have been completely dug up and everything we can see is new construction. That is except for the station building which was reused.
Stuffing Springs is set in the 50's. As you can see, not your typical Dippin' Dots stand.
