This opening is the culmination of 3+ years of anticipation.
We were fortunate to be invited to visit Busch Gardens Tampa Bay to experience Iron Gwazi during the park's media day event. During the event, we rode the ride many times, gathered others opinions of the ride and of course took lots of photos. Follow along as we take you through what Iron Gwazi is all about. We can with confidence say that Iron Gwazi is now Busch Gardens Tampa Bay's signature attraction and I bet will find its way into many of your top-ten lists.

The original Gwazi station was reused.
Of course, this time around only one side of the station features tracks. The other side was filled in and is used as extended space for the queue.
You board from the center of the station. The Handicap entrance used to be the old Gwazi exit ramp.
The train features a crocodile on the front. Also of note is the absence of the external rails found on many other RMC trains.
