Winterfest is back at Kings Island this holiday season. The event started the day after Thanksgiving and will run on select days culminating with a New Years Eve celebration to close out the event.
The event returns, strong as ever, with a multitude of entertainment offerings including Tinker's Toy Factory in the Kings Island Theater and a nightly parade that goes down Coney Mall to International Street.
Kings Island operates select rides including most of its flat rides, Mystic Timbers, Flight of [Cheer] and the KI & Miami Valley Railroad.

Coney Bar B Que and many other restaurants had special holiday offerings. There were noticeably slightly less of them this season.

The park did a nice job theming the queue.
The ride experience is largely unchanged, but the theming does resume at the on-ride photo booth.
