LEGOLAND New York Behind the Brick Preview
LEGOLAND New York Preview Photos Taken: 05/21/2021 Posted: 05/24/2021Last Friday we got the chance to visit LEGOLAND New York for a "Behind the Brick" sneak peek at a portion of the theme park before it officially opens to the public. During the first to play preview, parts of the following lands were open:
- Brick Street
- Bricktopia
- LEGO Castle
- LEGO NINJAGO World
- Miniland
The highlight of the visit was the park's signature attraction, the LEGO Factory Adventure ride, whose vehicles we got to preview in IAAPA.
We took a lot of photos. Follow along as we provide commentary about what to expect at this brand new theme park located an hour from New York City.

LEGOLAND New York is certainly still a work in progress, but we're excited to see what the future of the park will be. The park opens for previews Memorial Day weekend with portions of LEGO City also open. LEGO Pirates looks like it will need a couple more months of work, but could conceivably open by the early fall. Crews are actively working on finishing the park and preparing for opening.
