During the event, the projection show on Sunset Boulevard continued periodically. Don't mind the wait time, this and most other rides were a walk-on most of the event. We walked on Tower of Terror after stopping at the Twilight Soiree.

Yes, Rise is open during this event via virtual queue. We were able to walk on and get our one ride during the back half of the event.
