Kennywood Trip Report Photos Taken: 05/26/2024 Posted: 05/30/2024This season, Kennywood debuted several quality of life improvements around the park with the centerpiece being a refurbished version of the Grand Prix bumper cars attraction. The park has purchased all-new cars from Majestic and gave the attraction a new coat of paint and lights. Also new at Kennywood this season are two new dining establishments and a packed schedule of events. Follow along as we take you around Kennywood.
Still several hours to take in all that is new as well as ride some favorites.
Our first stop was at the park's newest attraction: Potato Smash.
It's a new take on the Grand Prix bumper cars.
The attraction features all new vehicles as well as some light theming.
The ride vehicles are themed to french fries. In the year of rides like Good Gravy, why not?
