Dutch Wonderland Trip Report Photos Taken: 09/08/2019 Posted: 01/22/2020This photo update cover our return to Dutch Wonderland. The primary motivation was to check out Merlin's Mayhem, a brand-new S&S family suspended coaster that opened at the end of 2018.
Merlin's Mayhem was excellent for what it was designed to be. Dutch Wonderland as a whole impressed us once again. The park is so well taken care of and has a truly unique and complete collection of rides and attractions.
We're very happy to see the park step up as one of hosts of ACE's CoasterCon event this year. We can't wait to return.

The park's main entrance takes you through a building themed to a castle.

Right as you step inside the park, Merlin's Mayhem is immediately visible.

This was our first visit with this ride constructed. It fits in beautifully!
