Over in Old Kennywood, local favorite Primanti Bros. opened.
In this photo update, we take you around Kennywood as the park celebrates its 125th anniversary. During the second year of its big party, the park introduced a new Zamperla Gryphon ride, Spinvasion, to a newly themed area of the park called Area 412. Themed to an alien invasion, Spinvasion is neighbors with a newly repainted Cosmic Chaos Disk'O ride and the Gift Ship.
Other new additions for 2023 include several shops and restaurants getting rethemed or introduced including Primanti Bros, Pizza Warehouse, Fire Breathing Sausage, Bilzzard Blast Creamery and 1898 Coffee Co. Last, but not least, Swing Shot received a vibrant new color scheme.

The park always does a good job with its live entertainment offerings staying true to itself and its location.

The popcorn stand that stood here last year was gone. I am sure something was on its way to replace it.

Yes, it is hot on one side and cold on the other!
Over in the back of the park is a newly themed Pizza Warehouse.
