Six Flags Over Texas Trip Report Photos Taken: 06/12/2023 Posted: 06/13/2023After 4 years of waiting, Aquaman: Power Wave, the first Mack Rides PowerSplash coaster in the US is finally open the year. In this visit to Six Flags over Texas we got an opportunity to ride this new attraction. It is located in the Boom Town section of the park on the former site of the Aquaman Splashdown Shoot-the-Chutes ride.
Other new additions since our last visit include Casa Magnetica, Pirates of Speelunker Cave and the return of Mr. Freeze. Six Flags over Texas also features several signature attractions including New Texas Giant, Titan and Shock Wave.

To the left you can see some free passthrough lockers the park has installed. In order to use them, you just have to scan your pass or park ticket.

Interestingly you can't get very close to the ride here. Must be that the splash is too forceful!
