This season, Six Flags New England surprised us with their new attraction announcement for 2024. Instead of building something new from the ground up, they were to retheme the former Route 66 and Wild Wheelz antique cars. Enjoy some photos from our trip to Riverside this summer.

We haven't seen a lot of coverage of this attraction so let's set the stage. This attraction is found in the Kidzopolis section of the park.

The antique cars have received new skins. I don't think two adults could fit comfortably in these cars.

The staff was hustling, but the throughput of the ride was very low.

The ride course itself remains unchanged, but the area did get spruced up with some dinosaurs.

The dinosaurs are largely found at the beginning of the ride and the turnaround.
