Lost Island Trip Report Photos Taken: 08/05/2023 Posted: 08/12/2023In this photo update, we return back to Waterloo, Iowa to check out America's newest amusement park: Lost Island. The last time we visited, the park was still under construction, so things were certainly different this time around!
The photos is this update were captured from our visit on a Saturday night where the park remained open until 9:30 PM. The park is divided into five realms, each with its anchor attraction and distinct theme. Every ride was operational during out visit and the park operations were excellent.

While it may look very empty, not that we arrived 6 hours after park opening. We were not the only people at the park.
The finished entrance area looks great.
Upon entry, we were immediately greeted by several actors dressed to represent the different realms of the park.
To start with, we decided to take a clockwise loop around the park. This will be the order we will initially present the park's attractions.
The Mura realm was our first stop.
