In this photo update, we take you through our visit to Walygator Grand Est in France. This main draw for us was the fact the park is home to a clone of Raptor, the B&M inverted coaster at Cedar Point. The coaster actually originated in Expoland in Japan and was relocated to Walygator Parc in 2010.
This park has had a tumultuous existence changing hands between several park groups including Walibi, Premier Parks, Six Flags, Star Parks and now Aspro Parks. You can see the mixed influences as you walk around the park. There is a lot of theming present from its various eras, but it is not all in the best shape.
Another highlight is the Bill Cobb designed Anaconda wooden coaster featuring Morgan trains. This is one of the largest wooden coasters in Europe.
Follow along as we take you around this unique park.
