We ride North America's newest wooden coaster

Great Escape Trip Report Photos Taken: 08/02/2024 Posted: 09/22/2024

In this photo update, we return to Six Flags Great Escape about a year from our previous visit when we were sending off the Alpine Bobsled. In its place, a new family thrill ride has been built : The Bobcat. Reusing some elements of its predecessor including the station building is a ground up built and custom-designed wooden coaster from The Gravity Group. The new attraction features two 12 passenger trains. The coaster has a 55 foot lift and goes up to 40mph across 1,412 feet of track.

Follow along as we share about this latest addition to Six Flags Great Escape.
