PortAventura Park Trip Report Photos Taken: 08/20/2022 Posted: 12/01/2023A long time in the making, visiting PortAventura Park near Barcelona, Spain has been a bucket list item for me for quite a while. This park has had a varied and very interesting history having formerly been owned by Anheuser-Busch, Tussauds Group and Universal Parks and Resorts during different times of its 28 years of existence.
PortAventura Park is the centerpiece of the PortAventura World Resort composed also of Ferrari Land, Caribe Aquatic Park and six hotels. We stayed at Colorado Creek and spent two days at the resort. There's a lot of great to say about this place as well as plenty of constructive feedback and things to watch out for. Read on through this massive photo update as we take you around the main park and share our experiences.

Furius baco - PortAventura Park

Ended the visit with another lap on Furius baco. This concludes this update. Port Aventura is a top tier in Europe, yet leaves some to be desired. The potential is so high though. Hope to return here after the park most deservedly receives continued investment.
